Lets we take example when you are child at that time you imagine something like when I grow then do this do this and think now what you are doing
and also when we grow we change our imagination when you 16 then again imagine something that not happened again
Because we imagine future based on present.
You have knowledge of the present and you imagine the future so that's why it happened
If you imagine and it's happening that means you not grow and not have knowledge and your not change
